1. General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between you (“the customer”) and Spring’s Designs. 1.2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website or other communication channels.
2. Orders and Customization
2.1. Order Placement:
Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance for custom cakes and desserts .Larger or more complex orders (e.g., wedding cakes, large event catering) may require 30 days’ notice.
2.2. Customization:
We strive to meet your vision, but final designs may vary slightly due to artistic interpretation. Any design changes must be requested at least 5 days before the delivery or pickup date. Changes may incur additional charges.
2.3. Ingredients and Allergies:
All products are made with high-quality, wholesome ingredients. While we offer nut-free, gluten-free, or other dietary options upon request, our kitchen is not certified allergen-free. Cross-contamination may occur.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Pricing:
All prices are subject to change. Quotes provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Deposits and Payments:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. The balance must be paid in full 3 days before delivery or pickup.For orders under $100, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.3. Payment Methods:
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Checks are not accepted.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations:
Orders canceled at least 7 days before the delivery or pickup date are eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 processing fee. Orders canceled within 7 days are non-refundable.
4.2. Refunds:
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may offer a replacement or partial credit at our discretion.
5. Delivery and Pickup
5.1. Pickup:
Pickup is available by appointment only at our designated location. Once an order is picked up, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
5.2. Delivery:
Delivery is available within a specified radius for an additional fee. We are not responsible for damages incurred after delivery is completed.
6. Liability
6.1. Spring’s Designs is not responsible for any allergic reactions, illness, or other issues resulting from consumption of our products. Customers are responsible for communicating dietary restrictions and allergies at the time of ordering. 6.2. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, or supplier shortages.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
7.1. All designs, photos, and content created by Spring’s Designs remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent. 7.2. We reserve the right to use photos of your order for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Customer Conduct
8.1. Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of your order without refund.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Spring’s Designs operates.
